I love to sidequest, but I never felt the drive to build side projects or self-study… until I discovered product design.
Now, I put myself out there. I apply for things I'm not qualified for and then work until I exceed the qualifications. Every project I make is better than my last.
Outside of professional work, I make jewelry, learned to ice skate, and recently took a 52-hour train across the US.

What tools and software do you know?
I regularly use Figma, Miro, Adobe, and Framer and other AI-assisted design tools. I'm familiar with Python, Java, and Kotlin, and am building confidence in frontend development and popular frameworks.
When do you graduate?
Spring 2028.
What roles are you looking for?
Product (UX) design, UX research, or product management roles. I'm also interested in UX engineering or other roles that align with my cogsci background, such as biometric UX.
What are you involved in on campus?
I'm a student ambassador for Adobe! I'm also involved in Psi Eta Mu, a professional fraternity, as well as a UX Designer at Reflections | Projections. For the last two years, I've also been a photographer for the UIUC Asian American Association and in Women's Glee Club!
