A 10-second form that automates an attendance system for 200+ people.
We built this attendance tracker for Psi Eta Mu (PHM), our professional information science fraternity.

After comparing options, we used GPS coordinates to track attendance.
Before: Organizers manually logged each person's attendance at every event. Third-party apps caused friction and privacy issues.
After: We collect the user's current GPS coordinates. Submissions can be checked at-a-glance to make sure everyone's in the same location. A spreadsheet auto-updates everyone's attendance points. No manual entry required!
